Asset loans are designed for borrowers who wish to borrow up to 70% of the value of their property and are unable to provide extensive evidence of their income or Assets and Liabilities.

Asset loans are available to any self employed person or investor. Evidence of income for self employed borrowers is not required however all applicants must sign an Easy Doc Declaration confirming that they are able to afford the commitment.

Applicants need only have held an ABN for one day. No serviceability calculations are required.   The loans are available for both Regulated and Unregulated loans – owner occupied or investment.

As the requirements to obtain loan approval  are minimal ( own a property and have an ABN ) this product lends itself to creative use.
